Thank you for shopping with Happifemme. We aim to provide the best shipping experience across India. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-8 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues, extreme weather, or regional restrictions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery to most pin codes across India.

  • Verification: For COD orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a COD order is rejected at the doorstep, we reserve the right to disable the COD option for your future orders.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some remote areas (e.g., North-East India, J&K) may take an additional [2-4] days for delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
